Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment with Tayla, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Satisfaction Policy

  • We aim to ensure every client leaves happy with their hair; however, if you have any issues with your service, you must notify us within 7 days of your initial appointment.

  • After 7 days, we will not offer complimentary offers or revisits for adjustments.

  • Any corrections outside this timeframe will be treated as a new, full-price appointment.

Salon-Approved Products

  • For best results and to maintain your hair's condition, we strongly recommend using our in-salon pre- and post-care hair care.

  • We cannot guarantee results or longevity of colour/treatments if non-recommended products are used at home.

Guests & Children

  • Our salon is a private space to ensure a relaxing and professional environment.

  • Please do not bring additional guests or children unless they also have a booking.

  • Please ask prior to bringing guests with you out of courtesy to Tayla.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to any client:

  • Who is under the influence of drugs or alcohol

  • Who displays inappropriate, abusive, or disrespectful behavior

  • Who does not comply with salon policies

New Client Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made with at least 48 hours' notice.

  • Failure to provide notice will result in your deposit being forfeited.

 Late Arrival & No-Show Policy

  • Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will be charged a $10 late fee.

  • Arrivals over 20 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and you will be required to rebook and repay the deposit.

  • No-shows on 3 separate occasions will result in a permanent block from making future appointments.

 Payment Terms

  • Payment is due in full upon completion of your service.

  • We accept: cash or invoice payments.

Agreement

By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. These may be updated at any time, and the most current version will always be available online or by request.
